- Team-leading expertise and potent interpersonal abilities.
- Profundity in software for data curation, modelling, and architecture.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, Qlik, and data visualization, proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Practical familiarity with data science tools like Jupyter, SQL, Python, Azure, and GCP.
- Exposure to modelling and visualization in data analytics.
- Has excellent English.
Responsibilities of Accenture Data & Insights Lead
- Assisting in developing and implementing the Legal data strategy.
- Establishing for the purpose of enabling the delivery of data and insight services, building and maintaining strong relationships with top Legal leadership as well as leadership throughout Accenture.
- Directing a team of individuals to improve data and insight outputs within Legal.
- Recognizing and effectively translating the needs of the Data & Insights team's proactive supply of Legal data and insight needs.
- Examining and controlling the quality of the Data & Insights team's output.
- The position will also promote greater legal exploitation of data, insights, and best practices, such as:
- On the basis of ongoing experience, process metrics, stakeholder comments, and other factors, leading or assisting efforts to continuously enhance technology, processes, tools, metrics, and trainings.
- The finding, preserving, and sharing of data and insight practices from external, Legal, Accenture, and sources.
- The position will also promote best practices, legal data use, and insights.
Preferred Skills for Data & Insights lead
- Extensive programmatic experience, including completing successful projects in the operations, technology, and external-facing departments.
- Attained or on the way to obtaining a professional project management qualification, such as a PRINCE or PMP at the Practitioner level.
- Strong understanding of data and technology is required.
- Proven evaluation and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify the fundamental issue and anticipate needs and potential results.
- Using logic, one can arrive at consensus on proposed solutions and support any recommendations with evidence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels with assurance, tact, and appropriateness.
- Strong persuading and negotiating abilities: able to use virtual tools to swiftly forge relationships with a variety of international stakeholders; listen to, comprehend, and address any issues.
- Ability to prioritize: At ease working in a big, complicated workplace with plenty of stakeholders and interest groups.
- Task management: An organized, professional attitude to execution. able to work unsupervised and under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
